  • 2 tbs Tia Maria liqueur
  • 2 tbs brown sugar
  • Fresh seasonal fruit (such as strawberries, mandarin and rockmelon), to serve
  1. 1. Combine the sour cream, thickened cream, liqueur and sugar in a serving bowl and stir until well combined.
