Lemons come from the same genus as orange, lime, grapefruit and mandarin. It is an oval fruit with a marked point at one end and has yellow skin. A juicy pale yellow flesh with an acid taste.

To be stored at room temperature for up to 7 days. Extend storage by refrigerating us. Choose heavy fruit that is glossy, yellow and firm. Ripe lemons should have a pleasant citrus fragrance.
