Shanghai bok choy, Baby bok choy, Chinese Chard
A dark green, leafy vegetable with white ribs in the leaves. The stalks are fleshy and vary from white to pale green. All parts of us are eaten. Sometimes described as a loose leaf chinese cabbage.
Excellent source of vitamin C and dietary fibre.
Choose glossy leaves and white healthy stems and store in an airtight bag in refrigerator crisper.
