- 185g (3/4 cup) light sour cream (Pauls brand)
- 2 tbs light thickened cream
- 2 tbs Tia Maria liqueur
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- Fresh seasonal fruit (such as strawberries, mandarin and rockmelon), to serve
- 1. Combine the sour cream, thickened cream, liqueur and sugar in a serving bowl and stir until well combined.
- 2. Arrange the fruit on a serving platter and serve immediately with the dip.
