Description
Mostly dark green/yellow/white with a crisp tender skin and a juicy flesh and soft edible seeds. Related to melon, squash and pumpkin and is elongated cylindrical in shape.
Selection, Storage & Handling
Choose firm, fresh, dark green cucumbers. Store in the refrigerator crisper.
